In the 1971 television thriller A Taste of Evil, Susan Wilcox returns home after years in a Swiss sanatorium, hoping to resume a normal life with her mother, Miriam, and stepfather, Harold. Instead, disturbing incidents begin around the family mansion, including mysterious figures, apparent corpses, and unsettling encounters in the woods. As Susan struggles to convince those around her that the events are real, doubts about her recovery grow.
