A withdrawn young woman in London begins to unravel mentally after being left alone in her apartment. As the days pass, her isolation deepens and she becomes increasingly detached from reality. Her sense of time and space erodes, and she experiences disturbing hallucinations that blur the line between the real and imagined. The film closely follows her psychological descent, presenting events largely from her point of view.
