In a future society controlled by powerful corporations, a violent sport called Rollerball serves as mass entertainment and social control. Jonathan E., the league’s most celebrated player, is pressured to retire when his growing popularity unsettles corporate leadership. As rule changes make the game increasingly brutal, Jonathan begins to question the system behind the spectacle. With the championship approaching, he must decide whether to comply or stand against forces determined to preserve their authority.
