A mother and son arrive in a quiet Indiana town, hiding a strange and dangerous secret beneath their ordinary appearance. As the son settles into the local high school, a classmate becomes the focus of their troubling needs. Tension builds as unusual incidents draw the attention of townspeople and law enforcement. The situation escalates when a series of encounters reveal that the newcomers are far from what they seem, placing a young woman at the center of a growing threat that the community is unprepared to face.
