Clash of the Titans (1981) is an epic fantasy adventure that loosely adapts the myth of Perseus, a demigod caught in a struggle between mortals and gods. Directed by Desmond Davis and featuring visual effects by Ray Harryhausen, the film follows Perseus as he embarks on a dangerous quest to save Princess Andromeda from a terrible fate. Along the way, he faces fearsome creatures, including Medusa and the Kraken, while aided by mystical gifts from the gods.
