A photographer and his fiancée travel to an isolated Arizona castle after inheriting the property, only to discover its mysterious occupants have no intention of leaving. The strange Count and Countess Townsend live with an unsettling staff that includes a sinister butler and a hulking hunchback servant. As odd disappearances and bizarre rituals unfold within the castle walls, the couple uncover a hidden world of vampires, chained captives and violent madness. Directed by Al Adamson, this low-budget horror film blends gothic monsters with late-1960s exploitation elements.
