Forty years after surviving Michael Myers’ Halloween night killing spree, Laurie Strode lives in isolation, preparing for the possibility that he may one day return. Her daughter Karen has distanced herself from Laurie’s obsession, while granddaughter Allyson tries to keep the family connected. When Michael escapes during a prison transfer and makes his way back toward Haddonfield, old fears resurface. As Halloween night approaches, Laurie prepares to confront the masked killer who has haunted her life for decades.
