Inspector David Perkins investigates a string of murders connected to a mysterious criminal organization known as the Gorilla Gang. As the case unfolds, clues lead through London nightclubs, private clinics and shadowy estates filled with suspicious characters. A young woman tied to the investigation becomes entangled in the danger as Perkins closes in on the gang’s leadership. Based on an Edgar Wallace story, this West German crime thriller combines murder mystery elements with eccentric villains, secret identities and stylized late-1960s atmosphere.
