Tales of Terror is a 1962 Gothic horror anthology presenting three stories drawn from the works of Edgar Allan Poe. Vincent Price appears throughout as troubled men confronting death, betrayal and supernatural forces. The tales follow a father haunted by his dead wife, a drunken husband whose jealousy turns murderous, and a dying man placed under the control of a sinister hypnotist. Peter Lorre and Basil Rathbone join Price as the stories move through decaying mansions, hidden chambers and experiments that blur the boundary between life and death.
