A small-town laundry facility becomes the center of a troubling investigation after a series of violent accidents occur around an industrial press. A local police officer begins to suspect that something beyond mechanical failure may be involved, especially as unusual clues emerge and long-buried secrets surface among the town’s leadership. As the incidents escalate, he turns to an unlikely ally for insight, placing both of them—and a young woman connected to the factory—on a dangerous path toward uncovering the truth behind the machine.
