“The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini" is a 1966 American horror-comedy film directed by Don Weis. The film features a mix of horror and beach party elements, blending two popular genres of the time. The story revolves around a young heiress named Cecily, played by Susan Hart, who is mourning the recent death of her millionaire uncle. Her greedy lawyer, Reginald Ripper, portrayed by Basil Rathbone, conspires to steal her inheritance by driving her insane. To do so, he enlists the help of a goofy biker, Chuck, played by Tommy Kirk, and a reluctant ghost, Bobby, played by Boris Karloff, who returns from the afterlife to protect Cecily from harm.
While Cecily is at her uncle's beachfront mansion, the characters get involved in a series of comedic and spooky situations, including a surfing contest, a mummy that comes to life, and the titular ghost wearing an invisible bikini.
