When a strange object lands near the small town of Crescent Cove, Mike Tobacco and Debbie Stone discover that its occupants are alien creatures resembling circus clowns. As the Klowns begin capturing residents with bizarre weapons and deadly carnival tricks, Mike struggles to convince local police that the invasion is real. With Officer Dave Hanson and the eccentric Terenzi brothers joining the fight, the group must find a way to stop the extraterrestrial visitors before the entire town becomes their next harvest.
