In a deserted Los Angeles following a global biological catastrophe, a lone scientist believes himself to be the last immune survivor. By day he roams the empty city, salvaging supplies and searching for answers. By night he defends himself against a mysterious group that rejects the remnants of modern civilization. When he encounters other survivors, the possibility of rebuilding humanity emerges, though trust and survival remain uncertain in a world forever altered.
