Love at First Bite is a 1979 comedy horror film about Count Dracula, who is evicted from his Romanian castle and relocates to New York City. Struggling to adapt to modern American life, Dracula falls for fashion model Cindy Sondheim, convinced she is the reincarnation of his lost love. As he navigates the unfamiliar city, he’s pursued by Cindy’s eccentric boyfriend, psychiatrist Jeffrey Rosenberg, a descendant of van Helsing. The film humorously blends classic vampire lore with the culture and chaos of 1970s Manhattan.
