"The Skull" is a British horror film released in 1965, directed by Freddie Francis. Based on a story by Robert Bloch, the movie revolves around the sinister and cursed history of an ancient human skull that holds a malevolent power. When an antique dealer, Christopher Maitland, acquires the skull, he becomes entangled in a terrifying and supernatural ordeal. As the skull's evil influence begins to manifest itself, Christopher's life takes a harrowing turn. He must unravel the secrets behind the skull's origins and find a way to break its deadly curse before it consumes him completely.
